These personalized 1:1 wellness coaching sessions are designed to help you effectively Cut The Noise in your life by providing essential support in your journey toward discovering clarity in your true purpose. Through this process, you will work on releasing any limiting beliefs and aligning more closely with the vision of your desired future selves.

1:1 Well-being Coaching

Together, we will engage in meditation, mindfulness awareness practices, activities around the shadow, goal and intention setting, and move towards a regulated nervous system and more joyful existence.

What to expect

Wellness Coaching sessions typically span over the course of about 3 months with weekly virtual or in-person sessions that last between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
